Our Vision
Our Philosophy
The Early Years Foundation stage covers a child’s development from birth to the age of seven. Ensuring a child is nurtured and their needs are met during this period is fundamental for their future growth and development. At SmileOn, we create a clean, cozy, and supportive environment where children feel safe and valued. Our goal is to foster a community where children receive the encouragement and support to build friendships and develop their unique talents. Working in conjunction with our educators, our kitchen seeks to provide nutritious, delicious meals and ensure that children have the tools to be their best selves.
We are committed to forward-thinking and holistic education at SmileOn. We believe that to change the world for the better, we must start with the way we teach early years education. At SmileOn, we practice and promote tolerance, creativity, kindness, and caring for others. We emphasise the importance of individuality and celebrating what makes us different, while simultaneously fostering a sense of equality. By teaching these values in early years, we hope to lay the foundation for a better future.
Mission Statement
At SmileOn, our mission is to cultivate a nurturing environment that goes beyond conventional childcare. We strive to be a beacon of inspiration, fostering the intellectual and emotional growth of every child in our care. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, SmileOn aims to be the preferred choice for all parents who seek a harmonious blend of premier early childhood education and a supportive community for their little ones.
Children who attend SmileOn will learn to be strong communicators and self-assured learners. This is due to a carefully planned timetable, which includes drama, music, Spanish, sport, and dance. These lessons have been interwoven into a holistic learning schedule, allowing pupils to benefit from the rich specialist curriculum on offer at the nursery.
At SmileOn, we believe that each child should be encouraged to develop their interests through an educational plan that is tailored to their individual needs and passion for learning. Our family-focused approach ensures that every child’s developmental journey is nurtured with care and attention.

Continuity of Care
SmileOn does not run a shift worker system. All of our staff are employed on either a full-time or part-time basis. This is to ensure that your child will have the continuity of the same teacher throughout the week, unless they do a mixture of sessions. If a teacher is unwell or unable to attend work, a member of our own team (cover teacher) will take their place.
