Our Nursery Fee is inclusive of all meals, diapers, and additional lessons. We also provide children with a uniform at no extra cost.

Fees Terms & Conditions

Non-refundable Registration Fee (£200) includes settling-in sessions and welcome pack.
Two Inset days, bank holidays, Year-End Closure of Nursery, children’s personal holidays, and sick days, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Monthly fees are collected in advance, payable by the 25th on each calendar month after receipt of invoice.
Late payments will be charged 1.5% of outstanding amount accumulated daily for up to 2 weeks; this will be either charged in the following month’s invoice or will be deducted from the credited deposit. After an overdue period of 2 weeks, your child’s enrolment may be terminated.
The initial payment of fess will be determined by the child’s initial starting date and will include all sessions booked from that date, up to, and including the remainder of that month.
Credited security deposit will be refunded after your child terminates the enrolment at SmileOn. Your child will be able to attend the nursery 50 weeks a year, excluding bank holidays and two inset days. The nursery is closed for two week during the Christmas and New Year period.
Fees include all freshly prepared meals and snacks as well as nappies & wipes, plus additional extracurricular classes.

Fees Increases

Fees are reviewed time to time based on running costs and will be communicated three months before an invoice of revised fee is due. If you make an advance bulk fee payment that covers months of the new fee, you will be required the pay the difference in amount against the updated fee.

Accepting a Place for you child

To secure a place for your child in the future, you are required to pay a non-refundable Registration Fee of £200 and Security Deposit (£500 that need to be paid three months in advance of the child’s start date, which will be added to your credit).
If your desired sessions or start date are either unavailable and/or acceptable by us, you can still choose to be on the waiting list by paying a non-refundable registration fee of £200. Once you are informed of availability of space for your child, you will be given 48 hours to accept that place and pay the security deposit. Failure to pay the Security Deposit within 48 hours will result in giving the available place to the next person on the waiting list.

Discounts

We offer a 10% discount if you have one or more siblings enrolled in the nursery at the same time. The discount is applied to the child with fewer sessions or the oldest child if they have an equal number of sessions.
There may be temporary promotions announced time to time, but these can be terminated without a notice and will be subject to availability and eligibility.

Cancelling your Place / Changing your Sessions

Cancelling more than 2 months prior to starting date: We will refund 100% of your credited security deposit. Your £200 Registration fee will remain non-refundable.
Cancelling less than 2 months prior to starting date: We will refund 50% of your credited security deposit. Your £200 Registration fee will remain non-refundable.
Serving notice once your child has started: We require 2 months’ notice in writing, which means that your contract with the nursery will not end until 2 calendar months after the day on which you notify us to cancel your child’s place. All outstanding fees remaining will need to be paid in full. In case you decide to re-enrol after terminating your enrolment at SmileOn, you must pay registration fee again and your child’s spot may be subject to availability or be placed on our waiting list until the space becomes available.
