The setting opens at 7:30am every day.
We would ask you to send a message on the Famly App. If it is an emergency, please contact the Nursery Office.
Please add this new contact on the Famly App. As well as this, a new contact must bring proof of ID and be able to recite the family password upon collection.
Yes, but this must be 48 hours after the last episode of either vomiting or diarrhoea has passed.
We ask that you send an email to hello@smileon.uk, requesting an increase to a child’s attendance. Any request for an increase in sessions must be made in writing.
A priority list for enrolment can be found on the admissions page under the allocation of places subsection. We cannot guarantee places for siblings and registrations are processed on a first come first serve basis. SmileOn will contact parents by email if a place has become available.
If you would like to reduce your child’s sessions, please send an email to hello@smileon.uk a term in advance. All session requests must be made in writing.
Yes, but we do recommend that you register as early as possible. Sibling priority will only be given if the sibling has gone through to transition. If you would like to register before you have had your baby, please write “baby” where it asks for first name and the due date where it asks for date of birth.
